Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Balliram ("we", "us") for the app QuickShoot (the "App"). By tapping "Agree" or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from (such as Google Play or the App Store).
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, photos, audio, voice-overs, text and other material you use or create with the App ("your content"). We do not receive your content and claim no rights to it.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your content and for how you use and share it. You agree that:
- you have the rights or permissions you need for the media, music, fonts and other material you import, edit, export or share, including copyright and licence terms;
- you have the consent of people who appear or can be heard in your content where the law requires it, and you follow the laws on recording, privacy and publicity that apply to you;
- you will not use the App to create or share content that is illegal, infringes other people's rights, harasses or deceives people (for example misleading edited media of real people), or exploits children.
4. Back up your work
Projects are stored only on your device. They are lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data or lose the device, and we cannot recover them. Keep copies of important media and exports.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where the law allows it, or use the App in a way that harms the App, us or other people.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its code, design, effects, stickers and name belong to us or our licensors. Built-in stickers, effects and transitions may be used in videos you make with the App. Bundled open-source components and fonts are provided under their own licences, listed in the App (Settings → Open-source licences).
7. Third-party apps
When you save to the gallery or share a video, the receiving app or service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for it. Ads are served by Google under Google's terms and privacy policy.
8. Ads
The App is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for advertised products or for the websites and apps they lead to. You agree not to tap ads deliberately to inflate them, or to interfere with how ads are shown.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature at any time. We do not promise that the App will always be available, be free of errors, or support every media file or device.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of projects, media or exports, or for content you create or share with the App. The App is free, and our total liability to you is limited accordingly.
12. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, the App will show you the new version and ask you to agree before you continue.
