Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Balliram ("we", "us") for the app Live IP Camera (the "App"). By tapping "Agree" or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from (such as Google Play).
2. Your video and audio
You own the video and audio you capture and stream with the App. We do not receive, store or claim any rights to it.
3. Lawful use and consent
You are responsible for how you use the App and for following the laws that apply where you use it, including privacy, surveillance, audio-recording and data protection laws. In particular you agree to:
- tell people, or get their consent, before streaming or recording them where the law requires it (rules for recording sound are often stricter than for video);
- not use the App to watch or listen to people secretly, or in places where they expect privacy, such as bathrooms or bedrooms of others;
- not stream or record anything illegal, harmful or that infringes other people's rights.
Viewers who record or save your stream with the browser viewer are responsible for those recordings.
4. Network security
The stream has no password and is not encrypted. Anyone who can reach your phone on the network while the server is running can view it. You are responsible for choosing the networks you stream on and for stopping the server when you are done.
5. Not a security or safety device
The App is a convenience tool. The stream can stop or lag at any time (for example if the network drops, the battery runs out or the system stops the App). Do not rely on it for security, medical, child-safety or emergency monitoring.
6. Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they advertise.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where the law allows it, tamper with its ads, or use the App in a way that harms the App, us or other people.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its code, design and name belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no rights to them except the licence above.
9. Third-party services
The App uses Google AdMob and Google Play. Your use of them is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
10. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature at any time. We do not promise that the App will always be available or free of errors.
11. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by how you or your viewers use the stream, by someone else viewing it, or by the stream being interrupted. The App is free, and our total liability to you is limited accordingly.
13. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, the App will show you the new version and ask you to agree before you continue.
