These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Balliram ("we", "us") for the game Food Look (the "App"). By tapping "Agree" or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The same Terms can be read inside the App under Settings → Terms of Use.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from (such as Google Play).
2. Age
The App is meant for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the App with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Scores, levels and power-ups
Scores, levels, multipliers, power-ups and other in-game rewards exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out, and are stored only on your device, so they are lost if you reset progress, clear the App's data or uninstall it. The App has no in-app purchases. We may change how they work as we balance the game.
4. Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded videos are always optional; a reward is given only after the ad has been watched through, and may not be given if the ad fails to load or is closed early. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they advertise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it;
- cheat, use bots, or tamper with the App, its ads or its data (for example to get rewards without watching ads);
- use the App for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the App, us or other people.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its levels, graphics, music, sounds, code and the name "Food Look" belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party software is used under its own licences (see Settings → Licenses & credits). These Terms give you no rights to the App except the licence above.
7. Third-party services
The App uses services from Google (AdMob and Google Play). Your use of them is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature at any time, and some updates may be needed to keep playing. We do not promise the App will always be available or free of errors.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, arising from your use of the App. The App is free, and our total liability to you is limited accordingly.
11. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, the App will show you the new version and ask you to agree before you continue playing, and this page will show the new effective date.
