This Privacy Policy explains how Puki Pop (the "App"), published by Balliram ("we", "us"), handles information when you use it. You can play without an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.
1. Information stored only on your device
Your game progress is saved on your own device and is not sent to us: unlocked levels, stars and best scores in both game modes (the orb game and Marble Blast), stardust, boosters, daily goals progress, your sound and daily reminder settings and which version of these terms you accepted. Settings → Reset Progress, clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App deletes it.
Optional daily reminders are scheduled and shown by your device. No push service is used and nothing is sent to us.
2. Information processed by third-party services
We do not run our own servers and do not sell your personal information. The App uses these third-party services, which may collect information automatically as described here and in their own privacy policies.
Google AdMob (advertising): the App is free and shows a banner ad on the home and galaxy map screens, a full-screen ad after some cleared levels in either game mode, and optional rewarded video ads (to revive after losing in either game mode, or to get a free booster). To show, measure and protect ads, AdMob may collect:
- your device's advertising ID;
- IP address, and an approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
- ad interactions (ads viewed or tapped) and diagnostic information.
Ads may be personalised where the law allows and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only with your consent.
Google Play (app updates): on Android the App asks Google Play whether a newer version is available and, if so, lets Play download and install it.
Unity (game engine): the orb game's board runs on the Unity engine by Unity Technologies, which may send anonymous technical information about your device (such as model, operating system, graphics chip, memory and screen) to Unity for hardware statistics. Marble Blast is drawn by the App itself and does not use Unity.

3. What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location or payment information. The App has no in-app purchases; stardust and boosters are earned only inside the game.
4. Your choices and consent
- Ad consent: in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, Google's consent message is shown before ads are requested. Change your choice any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Options.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Daily reminders: turn them off in Settings → Daily Reminders or in your device's notification settings.
- Game data: delete it with Settings → Reset Progress, or by uninstalling the App.
5. Notifications and permissions
Daily reminders: if you allow notifications, the App shows up to five reminders a day (for example how your daily goals are going, or which level is next), and a few "come back" reminders if you haven't played for some days. They are scheduled and shown by your device, using the progress saved on it. No push notification service is used, and nothing about the reminders is sent to us, to Google or to anyone else. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Daily Reminders or in your device's notification settings.
On Android the App requests:
- Internet and network state: to load ads and check for updates.
- Notifications (Android 13 and later ask you first): to show the daily reminders.
- Run at startup: so reminders that are already scheduled are restored after your device restarts.
- Vibration: used by the reminders.
- Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob as described above.
On iOS, the App asks for permission before showing any notification. The App plays sound effects but never records audio. It does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, storage or location.
6. Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Data retention and security
Game data stays on your device until you reset it or uninstall the App. Information collected by Google or Unity is kept according to their own retention policies. Communication with these services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. As we keep no personal information on our own servers, most requests are handled by Google or Unity; you can also contact us and we will help.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, the App will show you the new version and ask you to agree before you continue playing.
