This Privacy Policy explains how Chilli Bus Games ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play
Chilli Bus: Traffic Jam (the "Game"), available on Google Play
(package name com.chillibus.trafficjam).
The Game does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal information. Some data is collected automatically by the third-party services described below, which we use to show ads, send notifications and improve the Game.
By using the Game you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Information stored only on your device
Your game progress is saved locally on your device and is never sent to us. This includes:
- Levels unlocked, coins, hints and other boosters
- Bus paints and decorations you own or have equipped
- Daily mission progress and settings such as sound on/off
This data is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data.
3. Information collected by third-party services
The Game uses the following services from Google. They may automatically collect the data listed below and process it according to their own privacy policies.

Third-party privacy policies
4. Advertising
The Game is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your Advertising ID and activity across apps, depending on your consent and device settings.
- Rewarded ads are optional. You choose whether to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
- Consent: if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Settings in the Game.
- Opt out: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android device under Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
5. Push notifications
On Android 13 and later the Game asks for permission before sending notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device under Settings → Apps → Chilli Bus: Traffic Jam → Notifications. Notifications may contain links, for example to the Game's page on Google Play.
6. Permissions used
- Internet / network access – to load ads, notifications and game configuration.
- Notifications – to show push notifications (you can deny this).
- Advertising ID – used by AdMob and Firebase for ads and analytics.
- Vibrate, wake lock, run at startup – so notifications are delivered correctly.
The Game does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or precise location.
7. Children's privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Data retention and deletion
- Game progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
- Data collected by Google services is kept according to Google's retention policies. Firebase Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then automatically deleted.
- You can ask us to delete data associated with your installation by contacting us at the address below. Because we do not collect your name or email, please include the approximate date you installed the Game.
9. Data security and sharing
Data sent by the services above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with anyone other than the service providers listed in this Policy, except where required by law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use the in-game Privacy Settings or your device's ad settings, or contact us.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Please check it periodically.
