1. Who we are

Brain Tap: Arrow Exit ("the game", "we", "us") is published by NXTL Solutions. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at amarj234@gmail.com.

2. Information stored on your device

The game saves your unlocked levels, stars, coins, hints and erasers, daily reward and spin timers, and settings (music, sound effects, vibration) in the app's local storage on your device. This information is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or choose Settings → Reset progress.

3. Information collected by third-party services

The game uses the services below. They are provided by Google and process data under their own privacy policies.

The game does not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and it has no user accounts.

4. Advertising and your choices

On Android 13 and later, and on iOS, the game asks for your permission before sending notifications. You can turn them off at any time in your device's app settings.

6. Permissions

The game uses internet access (to load ads and settings) and, if you allow it, notification permission. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.

7. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Data retention and security

We do not keep personal data on our own servers. Data processed by Google services is kept according to Google's policies. Data sent between the game and these services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent. Because the game does not have accounts and does not store your data on our servers, you can:

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with Google for advertising, as described above, may count as "sharing" under some laws. You can limit it using the choices in section 4.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
